LONG DISTANCE
The most common question I receive about long distance session are as they as effective? They are. My challenge with a long distance client is to be sure to pace the session so that not too much information is shared. The telephone is a natural intuitive tool, so during your long distance session I will verbally check in with you to make sure we are not doing too much and are proceeding at a comfortable speed for you.

The biggest challenge with a long distance session is to make sure that we have the correct time.
I am on Mountain Time in an area where we do adjust for daylight savings time.

Continental US clients
There are two ways to make or change an appointment. By phone or by email

Phone
Call and leave a message on my confidential voice mail 303-258-3904. Please remember to leave the time zone you are calling from so I can be sure to return your call at an appropriate time.
This is a voice mail line so feel free to call anytime day or night.

EMAIL
Please contact me by email here
Informing me of your time zone and general availability will assist me.When changing an established appointment by email do not assume that I have gotten that information until you receive a confirmation back from me.
I have a 24 hour cancellation policy.

STEP 2 - PAYMENT
For in person clients, I accept cash, check and credit card.If you plan on paying by credit card; you could do so before the session by going to the link below or pay at the time of the session

Credit Card Payments are made through my website using PayPal . You do not need to have a paypal account to make a payment.

ALL LONG DISTANCE CLIENTS need to pay by credit card

For long distance clients, payment must be received no later than 24 hours prior to your scheduled appointment in order to hold your appointment time.
